Registration is over, time to break the suspense. As you may have already heard, Sky based the Assassinations on the game Mafia, this is my attempt to make the game better by bringing it backwards <Insert Conservative Joke Here>
  • The Rules
1.Everyone who registers will be able to participate in the Assassination

    2. Among the participants are 2 Assassins (for future reference the number of Assassins is 1/10th of the number of participants rounded down)

    3. During each round, which will last 2 days until the total number of participants is down to 10 at which point it will last 1 day, the participants will attempt to find the assassins and protect protect whoever is targeted by the assassins from identity clues and kill clues the assassins will send me and I will post on this thread.

    4. Accusations will be conducted by pming me the name of whoever you think is the Assassin, the participant with the most votes/accusations will be killed. If the participant killed is the assassin, then good job, if it's not, then the participant killed can no longer protect or accuse.

    5. The kill clues will point to one of the participants, no one not participating in the game can be targeted.

    6. Protects will require the joint consent of 2 participants and will be posted conducted on this thread. 1 consent per participant.

7.If the correct person is not protected, then the target will be killed and no longer able to protect and accuse.
Anyone who does not participate in 2 straight rounds will be removed from the game with the possibility of someone who didn't register in the beginning taking their place.
I hope these rules are clear enough
The 1st round will begin as soon as I get the clues from the assassins.

Wow- I was optimistic at first, but I really do not like these rules. Why have 2 assassins? Broken into rounds? And if someone looks suspicious and lots of people vote for them... they are killed? Like I said, I really don't like these rules. I suppose we'll go through this one round, but I would like to request that next round we go back to the way things were... :|

brobo, honestly, can you just give the game a chance before yelling to the world you don't like it. We have 1 Assassin to 5 officers in the old game, what's wrong about 2 Assassins to 24 officers? They still make only 1 kill a round (or attempt to) and you are getting clues to their identities every round, some assassins don't give any clues. And the killing thing is not only more realistic and similar to the actual game, it should discourage random accusations, or accusations that lack significant backing.

Sorry if that was a little harsh, I get worked up when I'm doing Assassination games as some of you know.

I'm willing to give it a try. However, 2 days seems... short. 3 days, maybe? And also, when do we vote on accusations? I'm a little unclear about that.

If it took us 3 days to kill 1 maybe 2 people this game would last more then 2 months. If it becomes a problem, we can lengthen the voting period
For now in those 2 days you make protects and vote on accusations
