That's basically right but here's my answer: 1. Vitrectomy (Correct) 2. More specifically I was looking for throat and cold infections which cause blockage to the eustachian tube that prevents normal fluid drainage in the ear leading to ear infection. 3. Trying to pick this thread up (it's been 3 months of inactivity) so..
New Questions:
1. You come across a person that suffers from obesity, "overeating disorder" ("savage" behaviour) and always seems to be hungry. You have the information that one of the patient's hypothalamic nuclei have been damaged. Which hypothalamic nucleus is most likely damaged?
2. What is the function of the reticular nucleus (in the thalamus)?
3. How many foliate papillae (on average) are found on the human tongue?
