Hold on, mods (or in this case the admin) can't be made an officer, I'm pretty sure they will have some ability to find out who the assassinator is (by finding out IP addresses, or something similar, I'm not quite sure what their powers are) which is the whole reason behind the line:
"3. People will die. However, there are some exceptions. I will not kill administrators or moderators. In return, I ask that they not reveal my identity."
Of course, that's rather irrelevant, I really doubt Dark Sabre would want to be an officer.
