What does he mean by "not moving"?

idk what anyone has to do with stationary, but I'll protect Sneepity for that reason anyway. You guys probably should protect the others, since it's kind of a broad clue.

I don’t think anyone has been quite as vocal about their obsession with stationery as sneepity- if the stationery thing is actually a kill clue then it would probably be targeting her.
