Spackenkill fell off a cliff last year. They might make a comeback, but I wouldn't bet on it at this point. Based on last year, Columbia or Maine Endwell would be more likely alternatives to WM for the second NY slot.

@Sciolykid101: You've rightly identified the three most consistent C-division programs in Indiana as of late, but the big question in Indiana right now is will they send 2 teams to nationals at all? Last year Indiana only sent Bloomington South when Oklahoma forfeited its national seed. As a Bloomington North alum and also a big fan of the South and Valpo teams (I know kids at schools throughout the state because of SO Camp) I find it heartbreaking that Indiana could lose one of its national seeds when the 2nd place team at the state tournament finished 11th, 11th, and 14th in the past three years. It's not at all unlikely that Indiana's 2nd place team could be competitive for a national trophy... and doesn't get to go to nationals!

Come on Indiana high schools! GET REGISTERING! I know there was a bust in high school participants in Indiana last year, but I don't know why. I think there's been a slight recovery this year, but possibly not enough of one, especially if there are new states competing.

I'm guessing that J.C. Booth might just make an appearance. Maybe.

Just an update on the last years national champion. At a recent invitational, Solon middle school blew away the competition scoring 40 points. In div C Centerville, last year's defending champs, got second to solon highschool with a close 4 point difference. Looks like the faces showing up at nats from ohio this year will be familiar ones!
