I ended up using a pulley with IMA of 2 to get enough distance. More complexity, but it works.
I'm curious how you were able to get this. I thought the distance wouldn't be changed for IMA=2 pullley from IMA=1

I'm having trouble initiating the next action using the wingnut. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance, stringman11

Can I glue the wing nut to the end of the screw after threading it a little; now when the screw rotates the wing nut spins and moves laterally along with the screw as it is glued

I believe the wingnut must move along the screw. The screw cannot carry the wingnut.
