I've used PDFescape before for some AP Bio related things. At a quick glance, you can do multiple lines of text, so you could probably just find a size that matches the text and go through everything really quickly.
If you just search up PDF to WORD online converter free or anything of that sort, there a billion websites that you can use. The only downside is that it the whole page is converted to a picture in the word document so you would have to put like a textbox or something overlaying the picture. Hope this helps!

Early homo sapiens, as it's based off of their fossils. Not sure what you mean by "early", though.

Back on the subject of new fossils, they bolded all of the changes to the list except for 2 specimens: genus astarte and genus nucula (bivalves).

For the other currently living fossils, you need to know both, so I assume homo sapiens will be the same

They're bolded on the list, just not in the rules...

What information would you base off of in Order Nautilida(chambered nautilus). Would I base the information on the Order Nautilida, or only the chambered nautilus, since the chambered nautilus is a specific species inside order Nautilida and has different info than the order Nautilida, like the time range?

I would base it off Order Nautilida, but at least add additional information specifically about Nautilus pompilius. If you really wanted to go the extra mile, do them both (like separately, on 2 different fact sheets or something). Apparently chambered nautilus is a term used for the entirety of Family Nautilidae, or so says Wikipedia, so maybe that's why they added that common name/ specification next to Order Nautilida.

How many pages would you recommend per fossil on the list? Right now, we are doing a page (with a couple pics) each, but we are thinking we should all more because we have extra binder space

I have one page per fossil in my binder, which has done me well in the past.
