The 3 locations are all places of neclear incidents. But I'm not sure what Tiananmen square is about.

EDIT: TCI's profile pic is of a nuclear detonation. So I'm assuming he's one only one being targeted.

The tiananmen square part might have something to do with the guy who stood in front of the tanks. It might also have to do with the fact that the protests were led by college students, maybe referencing that the target is a grad? If anything, TCS is a grad and it would just further reinforce the suspicion that he's the target.

I would suspect the other way around. UTF has done stuff like this in the past, e.g. in Joey's MH370 game, and it's been a dead end.
