Longivitis is one of the officers. Their name was used in the story, but I don't think they are being targeted.
This lack of a concrete clue confounds me... I have to wonder if it has to do with:

• The capital letters
• Only one instance where there is a space between caps-lock words?
• The mention of "the Right-hand side"
• Use of the number 2, twice?
• UV lighting??

The venules connection is a little vague, but maybe if we run out of ideas later. The quote is from The Princess Bride, and I fail to find a connection between that and this game, beyond the fact that a lot of people die. Can anybody else find a connection?
I have to wonder if there is some sort of word (or ciphertext) hidden in the caps-lock words, but I cannot find one.
Additionally, it may be that they are targeting a mod/admin, since their rules allow them to. Does anyone else see anything concrete?

P.S. I would like to caution the sassies that in the last game, excessively vague clues nearly caused the death of the game.
