Well RightorRong is from Rosemead, which, while not in the city of Los Angeles, is in Los Angeles County. That is close enough, so he should be protected. Im_a_noob however is from the state of LA, Louisiana. I think that RightorRong and Starpug should both be protected, though I am not quite ready to do so myself.
