Yeah. So should i accuse? And another thing is that the assassinator has probably done it before to feel like they could change the sig. I'll accuse if you want.

Dang, yes I am the assassinator.
Here’s the solution to the clue
Wax pigment= crayons
24 teacher’s choice= refers to a Crayola 24-pack
ABC order= put the crayons in alphabetical order
3 languages= refers to the newer crayons, the ones with the color's name in three languages
(21,3,5) (22,2,5) (12,3,1) (2,1,5) (9,2,1)= coordinates for the crayons, it’s crayon, language, and letter
Then that translates to “ikydc” which unscrambled is “dicky”, my target was dickyjones.
