No real shocker here, but I'm pretty sure my school (Sacred Heart) was a close 4th for Div C. Also doesn't Manistee CC usually bring a Div C team?

Yes, they do usually have one. They pretty recently went to states regularly (2012-2017).

Those schools all advance to states. (Idk if more than two go from Division B, that's just where the video started. Last year they had two bids in B though.)
