Rule changes-
7. Once an officer has made two incorrect accusations, he may not accuse or protect anyone, and the next aspiring officer who can post a correct answer to the clue can be permitted to take the vacant spot.
11. Each officer begins with two accusations.

The word "Mountain" refers to the Rocky Mountains, which run north-south through portions of the states of Montana, Idaho, Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico. Arizona and Nevada, as well as other parts of Utah and New Mexico, have other smaller mountain ranges and scattered mountains located in them as well.- Google definition of the Rocky Mountains region.
