Panda could also refer to the person on the IRC known simply as Panda, who has an account on here known as "rainbowunicorns"

It might have something to do with the numbers of letter in each word - 658546181 or 65854621 if you count 18 as 18 or 2. Alternatively, anagrams, shifted alphabets, etc.?
