Regarding the recent disagreement about whether Tailsfan101 is an officer or not:
No. He is not. UTF, however, is an officer.

I just realised I have States really soon and probably not enough time to really be active in this as a result, do you think I could forfeit my officer position to tailsfan? It'll probably make the game go a lot quicker since tailsfan is more likely to actually be involved...
