They released a sample at the coaches clinic. Basically include the order the transfers are in, a description for each, the action number from the rules, and the point values.

I would err on the safe side and say that the pulley system and the lifted object are two seperate entities.

What if the pulley is literally attached to the object? If the object included the pulley as part of it, shouldn't they be counted as one lifted object?

My point still applies; err on the side of caution. If an ES has to think about it, don't do it.

I doubt it. Send in a FAQ to get a more authoritative answer.

The relevant question here is whether the event supervisor considers it a pulley. Also, you would have to convince the event supervisor that the IMA is in fact greater than 7 (which would require some extra work for sure). I wouldn't risk it, especially since it's not that hard to buy cheap pulleys (example), and quite a bit harder to make a working windlass or differential pulley.
