I think it would have been very awkward for both of them if Snape had lived...
Snape wouldn't want anyone, especially Harry, to know about his love for Lily, unless he was not there (aka dead)

Well yeah, he was technically good in the grand scheme of things, but bad for Harry as a person. I don't think they would have liked each other even if Snape had survived.
But Harry would probably have more respect for snape cause it was Snape who helped him find Griffindors sword, Which without he would have never destroyed the locket

One of my friends completely called it that Snape was a good guy before the book came out.

Yeah you're probably right... I'd love to see what Harry would say to Snape's portrait! I'm writing a fanfiction about it (Yes, I read and write fanfiction-
)

That's amazing JK Rowlig really had me fooled when Snape kiled Dumbledore. I was one of those Snape-is-a-Loyal-Death-Eater belivers.
Someone I know told me that his friend called the whole Lily-Snape thing before HBP came out...

Really? They're amazing!
I kind of suspected Snape was good because it wouldn't have been as surprising if it turned out he was bad.

Looking back on it, I'm a little surprised I didn't catch that, but, though now I'm a
complete literary geek (ask anyone on my team...
), I wasn't that interested in literature when I read book six.I probably would catch it if I were to be at my current literary level then...

Sanpe is twisted. He's one of my favorite characters (really complex; I like complex characters) but even though he's "good" he's still twisted.
I like complex charecters too. I agree Snape is still twisted... I'm not going to argue that he's a saint, because he's not, but he is a very powerful example of human motive...
Just imagine, If he haden't called Lily the "M word", they would remain friends, and quite possibly get married. He never would have become a Death Eater hoping to impress her, and therefore never would have heard the prophacy, making it nonexsistant because Voldemort would not know of it(see HBP pp. 510-512). Therefore, he would never seek to kill either the nonexsistant Harry Potter or Neville Longbottum, and therefore there would be no series. Amazing the power of one word...
i feel bad for wat happened to him then. i wonnder why lily married james. she hated him in school

The Harry Potter series was good. To bad it's over. After that I read the percy jackson series (if you hadn't try it's great). Now that just ended so I'm not sure what to read now.........
