Here is a video of my robot arm. It was capable of getting 9 pennies tails up in the center and the rest of the tails were in the second ring.

What were your average scores and how consistent were they?

What were your average scores and how consistent were they?
The average score was 764 (9 pennies in center, 41 in second inner ring, and bonus). The consistency was probably 7/10 times it would get that score. If it didn't it was either we didn't get the bonus or one of the center pennies was touching the line. We had a second gate made that would allow 12 pennies to be herded in the center and were going to implement it if we had gotten to nationals but sadly we did not.

Sorry you guys didn't make it to nats. It looks like a very interesting take on the robot, not one I really thought was possible, so kudos. Sorry if I'm asking a lot of questions, but would they pretty much always be tails up?

Yeah we 3D printed a custom effector that would pick up all 10 pennies and then tilt them so it would be tails up and then we flattened the pennies with the flattener.
