SciOly Assassination 107: The Unforgivable Curses

As to paying attention to the numbers, here is what I have got
-3 unforgivable curses mentioned
-"It took me three tries to identify the correct person"

And a very direct ID clue:
-One is normalized, the other tripled

Three seems to be a pretty important number to me, as some people have already pointed out.

I continue to stand behind the idea that their are multiple Sassys, probably 3 based on the emphasis on the number.

Your brevity doesn't really help. If you could clarify, that would be great. Maybe I'm missing something?

If there were multiple sassys, we would probably have some harder and more detailed clues, seeing as there would be less of a responsibility. Or they're just not as into it, who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

My profile picture is orange and green...and the insect pictured (Pyrops candelaria) happens to enjoy fruit tree sap, which might be what orange and green and fruity refer to. Not sure if the clue refers to me though, as it could be referring to something else.

Edit: Candy also sounds like candelaria, sorta, which is the species of the insect in my username. Sorry for dumping all this stuff here, but I don't want to die if I am correct.

I protect Entomology because of the above reasoning.

About the identity of the Sassy, (okay, this is kind of weird because I just protected her, but...) Entomology's signature says "I prefer trilobites to kilobytes..." TRIlobites to KILObytes. That's three and, well, 1000, but that's kind of close (which is why one is no longer normalized?). One byte is normalized, the other bite is tripled. I don't think I have any accusations, though. Except: she didn't post in the last game, which I think makes it less likely for dragon_fruit35 to pick her, and if this clue is really pointing to herself, would she really kill herself? Then again, she kind of explained it, which would make sure she's saved.

...trilobites are fossils. My signature is literally really bad fossil puns and other stuff pertaining to that. I also just joined the sassy games so there isn't a way I could have been selected. But hey, nice logic.

I know they're fossils, but they're both pronounced the same way... Well, I tried.

If there really are multiple sassys, please give more ID clues! (And even if there aren't, give us more anyway!)

Ok, right now I am suspicious of dragon_fruit35 because, (1) they have been a lot less active this game as compared to last, (2) it is totally possible to chose yourself as Sassy, (3) they found the Winchestre profile that was misspelled - would make sense if they targeted them, and (4) most of the help they have given on clues is to either point out what it is or reaffirm what others say.

Anyone have thoughts, if people agree I want to accuse.

Trying to link the number three to their ID...can't find any connections. But your reasoning seems pretty sound.

Does anyone have any ideas who the target is? The clue ends in a few hours and no one has protected yet.
