Yay, Bedford got some more votes.
I'm going into maximum overdrive with studying and prep. I've developed a coffee schedule: 6am cup, mug brought to school, get home from school cup, after dinner cup, 11 o'clock cup, and then some more if i feel like gaming afterwards. I mean who needs sleep? I'm so pumped for states though its gonna be great fun. All of us here at Northwestern Lehigh are flattered that people know our name and vote for us in the top ten. Our glider is being built and the scrambler just needs a small axel modification (going from 8-32 rod to 1/4 - 28). Best of luck to everyone!havenguy wrote:Wow, EastStroudsburg was right, this thread has been remarkably quiet this year.
Anyway, 21 days until States! How's everyone's studying going?
Good luck to your team as well! I know what it's like to be in that studying overdrive that you're talking about. I won't lie though, I'm pretty nervous about states this year.Smithy0013 wrote:I'm going into maximum overdrive with studying and prep. Well, this will be my third state competition, but I've never been to state competition anywhere near as competitive as I think this one will be.Smithy0013 wrote:Well I'd be nervous about a state level competition any year but why are you especially nervous?
Yeah, total redesign of several build-it events, and lots of self-punishment for screwing up on shock value. The test was (for us) so easy because we studied like maniacs, but we messed up on the build-lab and put the switch on the wrong side of the branch...EastStroudsburg13 wrote:I guess everyone is busy studying, because a week has passed and I'm still the most recent post!Anyway, here's the most updated poll. 4 weeks until states!
