Though it could just be representative of binary, 1111001=121 or 0000110=6

I've always been suspecting him for the last several games, he seemed to have participated a bit and seemed like a good future sassy, and now that I know that it is him it makes more sense that he gave the solution to the clue targeting Z because he felt guilty that the clue was based on something that was removed from Z's sig, and then the blatantly easy clue targeting himself ;)
