I always thought that you weren't allowed. But maybe you are. Incidentally, this is blocked on our school computers which means it could be blocked elsewhere, including at competition sites.
EDIT: Also, not trying to be critical, but forums aren't allowed during competition, which are included in your links.

Well, I checked over the rule sheet and it doesn't say anything you can/can't have on your site. Also, it says you can't engage in chat rooms or email, but it never says anything about reading over forum posts... ^_^

no external collaboration is permitted via email, chat rooms or other forms of collaboration computing
I would consider a forum a form of Collaboration Computing as you could post a question and get an answer fairly quickly

With a Google search, I was able to find part of last year's C rules...

Ahh I didn't know my site would cause so much controversy! I didn't scan the rules or anything, I just copied them... Are they actually going to look over your shoulder to see what you are doing and/or go over your site?

Well, no, but thats like in baseball or football someone saying "Well no one is going to test my urine after EVERY game, so whats the harm in taking some steroids?" Its not worth it if you DO get caught, plus your school can get some bad reputations, plus its just wrong. Don't do it.

Haha nice analogy there, so I'm not allowed to use the rules? it doesn't exactly say that on the rulesheet, we had to go looking to find it, so I doubt the coaches will know that. i'll take off the link to the forum though, but the wiki is okay right?

At one point or another odds are they'll check what you're doing. Some classrooms even have that program that allows you to see what all the computers are doing at once, so better safe than sorry. Good analogy, robodude. About the wiki... you'll have to talk to someone who uses it more than I do. It depends what's on there I guess...
