They were released to teams that attended the competition. There was no information about releasing them to the public so I am not sure what their plan is.

Event supervisors were told that tests would be publically released, and therefore we were fine to post them publically ourselves. My guess is that they just haven't gotten to it yet.

Some of the 1st place scores are interesting. I didn't expect MTV to be nearly so high, even with Nationals rules.

I don't know, but we got 4 minutes last year for the same number of stations and same event supervisor.

I meant in the other way, I expected MTV to be closer to 25 even with Nationals rules. Troy and Mira Loma seem to be in the 10-15 range on state rules.
