I feel the need to point out that Kansas is not 'impossibly flat.' Actually, It's only western kansas that is all that flat. The east is far more hilly.

Ok, sometimes if I don't check this thread for a day, nothing happens, but sometimes we add another page. You are all making me read too much.

I cast my net out into the lake. Catching plenty of fish, I use the smaller ones as bait since they aren't quite as useful, and keep the bigger ones. After repeating this several times, I leave the shore and head up to the station. There, I fill out the fishing tax form. It asks for the net weight of fish I caught in pounds, which I provide, since it is an easy number to come by. Then, it asks for the total weight of all fish I caught, including ones that were thrown out or used as bait. Who keeps track of that? Outraged, I grab my knife. Instead of measuring the weight of everything I caught, I'll kill the disgusting thing.

Interesting... I thought fishing went we're you bought a license, then it gives a limit on the number of fish you are allowed to keep.

I would think the sassy would be hidden when they're online. And it sounds like the sassy is aiming for someone who's either a stickler for rules, or very annoying, and relates to fish.

I am not the assassinator. Try again at a later date and time.
But...since there is no rules...that must mean I can accuse. Right?
I accuse everyone. I win. Game over.

I wonder if this is actually a target clue. It seems almost as if it were an id clue...

Make no mistake. This is a kill clue. And a pretty fishy one, at that...I am unsure how fish fit into any of this, but we could draw a very loose link between pounds and the many anglophiles here. It's a real stretch. Yeah, I got nothin'. At any rate, I'm not sure I understand the story. The Assassinator is filling out a tax form, then decides to kill the form? So, the target is paper?
