Elevation -for each 1000 foot rise there is a 4 degree F. drop in temperature

What would taht be in degrees Celsius?

Probably won't be, since tehre isn't much to ask about weather vs. climate. It is probably the easiest bullet in teh rules.

and the koppen classification
