did anyone do compute this B at PA states???? If so, did you have trouble opening any files??

They should make Compute This a testing event based on computer networking next year ;)

Computer programming sounds hard. I don't think I exactly know what computer programming is, though. ^^

its like the program "Scratch"...have you used it before? it is like where you use controls to make a animation or game....if you try that program, it's very similar to computer programming...

I haven't used it, but from what I've read about it (Wikipedia), it doesn't seem very sophisticated at all. It doesn't even support two-dimensional arrays. I think a better choice would be one of the C languages, such as C++ or C#. Whatever they do with computers, I just hope it gets to Division C before I graduate.

erm, im in division b and i would like it to be interesting but not QUITE CHALLENGING completely...i think computer programming is MUCH more interesting than graphing stuff and finding data but overall not really COMPLICATED...

Programming isn't complicated. Regardless of the implementation, I would happy if they just brought a computer centered event to Division C.
