When your traveling your looking forward to the actual competition but your having a blast with your friends in your hotel room, bus, etc. But when your competing, its the last time you will be doing it for a long time. Its all over after the award ceremony.

i dont really like the swap meet. i think its okay but definitely not the best out of the whole nationals experience.

I like the skipping 2 days of school part. Especially getting to skip my extremely annoying art class.

i get to skip 3 days of school. But the bad thing is that were getting back home sunday night. and monday and tuesday we have finals and school is over.

The nice thing that would have happened if we'd gotten to nationals is that we'd miss freshman field day, where the freshmen (top of the school here, 7-8-9) get a day all to themselves to do "fun" events and make fools out of themselves.

Looks like I get to make a fool out of myself this year.

He's a freshman. 9th grade. Hence the fact that he gets to participate in freshman field day and make a fool out of himself.

Physics Day is on the May 21(at Six Flags) :?
