Clue 1:
Waffletree walked on the streets of Seattle on a sunny morning and decided to step into a restaurant for lunch. After he sat down, he ordered some noodle soup along with some alcohol. As he was waiting for his drink, he felt some strange symbols carved on the table. He took a picture and later turned it to the officers. The symbols on the picture looked suspiciously like “lool llll ooo”.

Interesting.

The clue mentioned “alcohol”, which referred to “beer” in dxu46’ signature. lool llll ooo was supposed to be thought in morse code, with l being . and o being l, so the hint would be .--. …. ---, which is “pho”. In the science olympiad hangouts, dxu46’s profile picture was him eating pho in a Seattle restaurant.
