I don't understand why NJSO put 1 event for each team in Block 5 and made all the rest crammed into the first four blocks. I wonder what is going on inside their heads.

That seems to be a common trend among the NJ competitions I've been to. I think it might have to do with the fact that tests from Block 5 have the least time to be graded, and they don't want to have to rush.

What's the point of having a 5th Block if there is only one event. NJSO could push the awards ceremony back 30 more minutes, which will allow more time for the ES to grade the tests.

Which would be fine, if it worked, which it doesn't.
