about the assassinator killing themselves, Pleadies did in round 18.
hah yeah and then I called myself a he to throw people away from the idea that i was the assassinator.. then i had my epic fail on the chat
have all the officers protected someone?
But I already established that length does not imply awesomeness. You only went through about 3 clues, making you less awesome than you think you are.
Sorry if that was harsh, but the truth hurts.

aha, i have succeeded in killing Helix_Nebula_Freak! however, the FBI is keeping secret how exactly this user died. (or maybe i'm just out of ideas.)
now you guys get to mumble and grumble about how to get to this user from the clue:
1) change it out of hex (hexadecimal) to get to 4 24 14 7 12.
2) use the letter numbers cipher (basically each letter of the alphabet to it's corresponding number in the alphabet) to change that into dxngl.
3) use the vignere cipher (the passphrase being life) to get spica.
4) spica is part of Helix_Nebula_Freak's location, something like "stargazing with my pet turtle, Spica".

voila.
i will post the new clue soon.
The Vigenere Cipher is hardly fair to use.
But whatever.

yeah. The hex translator I used doesn't yield an answer like that at all.

Actually, i just tried it in a hex translator, you gotta do each unit individually rather than as one big thing.
And also, sorry for calling your use of the vigenere cipher unfair. I didnt actually read the clue recently and I kinda forgot that you told us which cipher it was.
