Ahh I'm super excited for this year's protein! Can't wait for the end of the month!
Has anyone figured out a cheap alternative to the mini toobers? I saw someone mention gear ties earlier, but I was wondering if anyone found anything for the upcoming year. The shipping is insane for these toobers x.x

The 2015 event materials are located at the bottom of the Past Science Olympiad Protein Modeling Events page.
The 2015 Science Olympiad Protein Modeling Event focused on the genome editing proteins Zinc Finger Nuclease, TALE Nuclease and CRISPR, and the genetic diseases they are being engineered to fix.
