Huh, I thought i’d replied to this thread already...

My screen name dates back to 3rd grade, when I had to create my Minecraft account. I had some other friends who, by coincidence, had affixed “Soldier” and “Warrior” after their IRL names to create usernames. Lacking any sort of foresight, I followed the pattern and settled upon the disgusting “HugoTroop”

Even seven years from then, I had lacked the creativity to come up with a new and original username that actually stuck (there was another that was even more revealing of personal info that I made, but only used twice). When I finally joined scioly.org... this was what I was left with.

With hindsight, not a good idea. You’ll find me on some other places as “kleinerPanzer” or “klpz” for short.

my little sister would always sing the song, "Coffee for your head" wrong, by singing "I'll make some morning coffee, for your head" when in reality it is "I'll make a cup of coffee for your head", and it always cracked me up. This was first thing I thought of when making my account, as I was listening to the song while making the account. It brings back memories every time I listen to that song...

Mine is Don Juan Pond because I'm participating in Dynamic Planet and one day me and my partner are doing some research on Antarctic lakes and ended up stumbling upon Don Juan Pond which kinda rhymes if you say it right and for some reason our immature little brains thought it was hilarious so its my username now I guess.

Mine's Jehosaphat because my parents always thought it was a funny way to say my name (My real name is Joseph). I also go by Jewey on other platforms, because some friends just said my nickname (Joey) faster and faster until it just devolved into Jewey

I've gotten Kaitlyn, Kaitlin, Katelyn, Catelynn, Catelin, Caitlyn (<- somehow the most annoying because it's So Close), and any variation of "Caitlin" you'd think possible. At some point I embraced it. Maybe I should change my Discord name at some point.
