But let me just say: The sassy has posted at 9:10 AM (ish), when I have Spanish. That's one of the very few class periods where I absolutely don't have access to the computer. I could even screencap my schedule if you wanted proof.

First, 38,-3 could be interpreted as "random" numbers, and thus could point to RandomPerson.
But, (this next part is a stretch), 38+3=41..and the negative 3 could point to that becoming -41 (I know, I know, it's terrible math), and -41 backwards is -14, which is Koko's age.

Also, Koko saying that it can't be her because the game would have been already over is a terrible reason.

...Both are terrible, terrible reasons.

Identity clue
I think it's Koko

Those formations are all made of calcium carbonate. Chemical Formula is CaCo3 which sounds like Koko

The landforms in the identity clue are all made of calcium carbonate. This could possibly point to karst features, a part of Dynamic Planet, so the assassin might be someone that does/likes Dynamic Planet (me, luo, idaho, etc.). Just my 2 cents.
