Yes, but not necessarily in the wild.
Sure they grow in the wild. They were introduced and ended up growing well in the climate; in some cases, they grow so well that they become pests (purple loosestrife, kudzu, etc.).

Not always (Ginkgo, etc.). Those trees are almost always cultivated.

I have seen patches of gingko growing wild (albeit in forest preserves), and they are fairly common in neighborhoods, though not invasive.

I believe that White Mulberry is more common in cultivation.

Absolutely. If you want the best preparation, try to get an advanced or AP bio textbook and study the plant evolution and physiology chapters. Photosynthesis might also be useful.

wow, of course you need to know that, but i think using sibley would help you with the general knowledge, other than that, you should use scioly websites

i looked at sibley
i don't like drawings when it comes to trees
besides, i used peterson for birds
and im just not used to sibley's layout

peterson was what i used for solon as well, its good, though general knowledge is focused on a lot, so sibley might be helpful
