(That leaves me out. Aww...)

Talking about communism reminds me of Brave New World for some reason. Awesome book.

You probably don't call Kapaun anything because we're a very mixed bag.

That's the way things should be.

You'll probably never read in it English class, Frogger. We did - which is hilarious, considering Kapaun is a Catholic school and that book is banned in a lot of schools. It's still awesome, though. Very sexual, but awesome.

I mentioned this to my coach; she said it's because Science Olympiad really isn't flourishing in Kansas as much as it is in other states. Take that as you will, but I still want Nuclear Science to be a real event.

Personally, I've had enough problems with state that I think need to be sorted out before we try any trial events, but I'm not opposed to them.

I think you're right about that, though I probably don't recognize all the problems with state since I've never been on the state team (this is only my second year in SciOly, and no one would let a freshman on the team last year).

Also, I've been meaning to mention that your signature makes me laugh. There's a guy on my team who's also in my math class, and instead of paying attention, he graphs flowers on his calculator. I certainly don't pay attention, either...

I think the trials give the freshman and younger team members a way to stay involved and participate. and YES NUCLEAR SCIENCE would be the best event ever!!
