Our team didn't do Disease, but I hear Experimental was pretty wild this year. I like the new way they're structuring the tests, actually, with a backstory to the questions and all. Last year, they just gave a theme and we were mostly left to our own devices.
The teams that competed in Shock Value said it was really hard; building a bunch of circuits in just eight minutes or something like that.
And of course, grats to everyone who participated in ELI.

It was awesome.

I heard shock wasn't that bad, actually (my sister studied like twice, and managed to get 15th).
And everyone I know who did Disease complained about it.

That is was all on Swine Flu, and the scenarios didnt give enough information for anything.

We lost a team member about two days ago :-/ We have all his events covered, but now there's some dispute over who should take his place. What school are you from?

Warren's not going. Apparently he would WLC out of gym or something if he missed one more day... I don't really know the details, seems like nobody does.

lol that sucks! for invitationals the girl who had like 4 events dropped out the morning of cuz she had a big fever =/ pretty hectic but shes on B team now lollll
