Huge shoutout and thanks to Loveland, Cincinnati Country Day, and jgrischow1 for their last-minute offers for an Erlenmeyer flask. The Mason Mission Possible would have been broken and absolutely done for if it weren't for them.

Congratulations to Mason & Solon.

Can anyone explain to me how Mason became so good this year? This is truly amazing to see. It also seems like Centerville losing their NSB team really affected the team.

we committed to a grind (partially) fueled by the disappointment of losing Nats by 2 points last year

Huge congrats to Solon and Mason. I was watching the live stream and those Mason students looked so happy. Mason has been the most interesting story to follow all year, IMO, and I’ll be rooting for you all at nats.

This is something I’ve also been curious about. Studying what motivates a team is one of the most interesting parts of scioly to me now.
