They did Crave the Wave and Invasives
Are online right now but hasn't posted on this topic
Basically only solved a clue pointing to them
Easily mistaken bit- a person could be anyone

Yes, but the clue had already been solved by multiple people. It was fairly simple. However, the one that targeted Person was a little vague. Also, the part about the prank ban could be twisted around to point to Person...

I think you are right dragonfruit... Person does dynamic planet and crave the wave (glomar response -> glomar challenger -> oceanography), and they do invasives (related to the Japanese Garden mentioned in one of the clues [japanese garden -> japanese knotweed -> invasive species])

Also, like I've said before, Person just seems really suspicious to me in general.
