yeah, i was partnered with best friend on almost every event and we like could not stay focused during practice tests
we kept telling jokes and good ones

A lot of the kids that I know in my school I know from Scio. It really is a good way to meet people and become friends.
2009 events:
Fossils: 1st @ reg. 3rd @ states (stupid dinosaurs...) 5th @ nats.
Dynamic: 1st @ reg. 19thish @ states, 18th @ nats
Herpetology (NOT the study of herpes): NA

the kids at my church are on bearden (our rival) so it kinda makes it all more competitive including smack talk at church (imagine, smack talking about who is nerdier; what is this world coming to!!!) :lol:

there are five 8th graders on our team, but me and chia are the only 8th graders that actually work hard... the 7th graders are pretty good (occasionally slacking, but always get their act together for competition). Our only 6th grader...well..... :shock: .... she once told me she usually just studies the week before competition.... :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock:

"girls to date and online video game servers to play"?!? good job :lol: i'm an eighth grader, and i don't own any gaming systems, don't play any multiplayer thingamabobs, whatever they're called, and most certainly won't date till high school. but that's just me.
besides, you shouldn't put those things before sci oly, at least not the game part of it :lol:

*sigh* kjhsscioly thinks i like this other guy on the team, a seventh grader we call el conquistador (for multiple reasons). it's annoying.
