Can we view the results as it goes on? Or do we have to wait to the night before?

I did the calculations, and if everything is roughly approximate to last year, you have to average better than 7th in all events to go to nationals. That's gonna be tough to muster at states....

Well, that's what Strath's avg. was, but to have made it to nationals, they only needed to avg. 9 in order to have beaten Stroudsburg.

Yeah, off of Division C scores from last year, you need to take about 6th in each event

I will post them as we go, probably every week or so. I'll wait another day or two for the first B rankings.

Do you know what team they were talking about that isn't going to states? I listened to the stream playback but I don't think they mentioned it. I can't make the C form until I figure that out, haha.

EDIT: CE scores are available, I STILL can't figure out which team isn't going to states for C.

Good point. Strath Haven is really good, but does anyone think this might be Bala's year to go to nationals?

Both teams are extremely good, but I think Strath will be able to pull through over Bala.

Hmmm. I'm from Kutztown, finished 5th, but we were given the 4th place envelope, so the team not attending must be from the top 4. You have ruled out NWL, and I know that Fleetwood will go, so that leaves 2 possibilities.

I honestly have a lot of respect for Bala this year considering how well Strath Haven did last year at states AND nationals and the point difference between second and fourth place last year. Though it's being said the strath isn't nearly as strong as they were last year, it's no easy feat to have beat a team that has won regionals and placed top 20 at nationals for the past FOUR YEARS! In conclusion, I think Bala definitely has the potential to make it to nationals this year after an impressive performance in the most competitive region.

Best of luck to both teams!
