Also, of note, I think some people are way over thinking this game, sure, some clues can be convoluted, but if there's an obvious answer at least protect them first and then worry about weird stuff. The first clue was straightforward...

To that end, my first protection wouldn't be Cedavis.

I think littleboy may be the target. He's a nuclear bomb, and I don't think the nuclear facility is just random. Plus he may know the Sassy's ID, making him a liable target.
