i got a first for bridge, first for e. chem, and third for physcial science lab. i think i would say compared to other people, my e. chem event is probably my best even though i like build events better than study events.

howd u do, and how many years have u been in sci olympiad now?

it's really really fun!!! It is the friday night after the opening ceremonies and teams bring all sorts of stuff from their state. Everyone trades things from their states with other states...last year i was soo lucky cause i got a cheese hat from Wisconsin!!!
Events this year:
Picture This
Forensics
Disease
I am extremely mad that Experimental is not at regionals!

The swap meet's LOADS of fun!!! You just get to hang around and trade some stuff with fellow science olympiad-ers  It's just a great time. If the keynote speaker is rly boring, you'll probably doze off at the opening ceremony and then regain ALL your energy at teh swap meet. If teh speaker is interesting (like last year) well then you'll still have you energy

Also, congrats to your whole team for being champs!! You guys must be really excited!

Yeah, what he said, and a lot more!

Last year at the swap meet, it took place outside in a courtyard (i think) and many of the lampposts either didn't work or were turned off, so you had to rely on flashy LED lights and the rave sweat that everyone was giving off

It's usually a competition to see whoever can get the lobster hat first, or cheese hat, or uncle sam hat!
