I dont understand what are water budgets and how they work.

They are basically just how input/output of water is processed through the hydrologic cycle and also how people use water pertaining to its availability. Kind of like banking(deposits and withdrawals, etc.)kazdata wrote:I dont understand what are water budgets and how they work.
