Link to Tiger scores post. Unsure about Little Tiger.

I tried doing a "school score" metric that takes the average of a school's stacked score and that school's best placed team's score, with the intent of not punishing single teams, or fully stacked teams, too much. Here's what comes out for PA teams at SOUP, let me know what you think!
  1. Lower Merion - 246
  2. Harriton - 256
  3. Bayard Rustin - 353
  4. Penncrest - 451
  5. Conestoga - 461
  6. North Penn - 528
  7. Garnet Valley - 661
  8. Shipley - 673
  9. Devon Prep - 809
  10. Upper Dublin - 875
  11. Whitehall - 882
  12. Methacton - 895
  13. Masterman - 902
  14. Girls' High - 1018
  15. Sun Valley - 1060
Really the main region SOUP impacts is SEPA. It's looking like the top 8 from last year are the teams to beat again (with Perkiomen Valley's region switch still in flux). The tiers in the region, however, may be shifting: The top three teams have seemed fairly clear of Conestoga and Penncrest, with LM looking particularly impressive lately. Harriton has its problems, but it's still a massive favorite to qualify for nationals. North Penn is now closer to Penncrest than it is to the teams behind it. The one team I could see as being the closest to overtaking this top 8 is Strath Haven, based on their BVF performance; the other potential contenders may have too much ground to make up at this point.

I just noticed that the Neumann University (SE regionals) page says the top 8 teams from both B and C division will go to states

Right now I put Cumberland Valley in the same tier as Stoga and Penncrest, and above Shady Side. In fact, I might put them as the current favorites to finish 4th. It'll be very difficult for them to reach nationals (which would require beating two of Harriton, Lower Merion, and Rustin), but there's a good chance they break into the SEPA top 5 bloc.

Its interesting since Cumberland valley had beat Lower Merion at The MC Barons invite, and nobody else has beat LM yet either. I know SEPA improves a lot before states but maybe Cumberland Valley could be in the mix.

I would say that CV's performance at Barons was impressive, but potentially overstated; LM was not fully stacked, and their SOUP performance is definitely a stronger indicator of their overall strength. There is potential for CV to be a dark horse for a nationals spot, but I think LM has objectively had the more impressive results from invitational season, and history is on their side as well.
