Meh, I got 2nd. The event was very similar to the sample test on soinc (since the supervisor wrote that). I was surprised that the event was about 90% lab or analyzing labs; I was expecting more of a 50/50 lab/test. I have to work on analyzing mass specs.

This event seemed sort of more like TPS then a chem event, though. There weren't any real chemistry questions on the test.

Our Regionals test had analyzing real Environmental Chemistry data, but no lab at all.

The event at our invitationals was just a test, no lab. It was just 50 multiple choice questions. I'd never studied for Enviro Chem at the time (I've still barely looked at it... This is me starting my studying by reading the Scioly forum thread xD) so I could only answer like 4 of the 50 questions. Oh well. It was all "If I am growing tomatoes, which of these soil compositions would be ideal?" and stuff like that.
