It does make more sense to rotate the topuc out every year instead of wevery 2 yeears

Do you realize that most events are on 2 year rotations so your statement would apply to all of those? 2 is good because for most events changing every year is too much and 3 is too long for most. There are exceptions but this is good for most.

No, this event is on a different rotation. This is something like the fourth straight here where it's population growth. I think. If not 4, than 3.

I seem to remember that 2 years ago it was different, but I'm not really sure. I seem to remember a topic having to do with environmental factors for some reason.

I'm sorry, but exactly how many different aspects are there to epidemiology? There's plenty to study, but it all falls under a pretty general heading.
