The specifics should and will come down from the National Organization. You gotta remember old epis get excited by things that would put most folks to sleep or make them sick.

I had the chance to talk to GrayEpi about some of the planned changes for next year, and I do agree that they are quite exciting! (Though don't ask me for any details on them - as GrayEpi noted, info will only be coming from soinc)
