Yes...but exit polls aren't the best way to judge an election. See 2000.
Plus, if they're going to use exit polling, they shouldn't reference the stats of the reported districts.

He's just saying that perhaps they shouldnt make decisions on who won until all the votes have been counted, especially when its close like that. Polls may indicate that he's winning, but the last uncounted votes might turn the tides.

Exactly. If one expects a state to be close, the exit poll may be very close, and its margin of error may be enough that the state will actually go the other way.
Obama's practically won. We can say right now that he has 207 votes. California has 55 votes that will almost certainly go to Obama. That leaves him needing only 8 to win.

Even though I only started my campaign a day before the election, I still had high hopes... Oh well.
I concede Obama's victory. I'll try again next time.
