Zyzzyva sees a shape on the ground. He recognizes it as a human female (not any of the players). She is sleeping. What does he do?

Upon close examination, the girl is not sleeping, but rather, dead. My medical knowledge tells me she has been poisoned. I glance over at some bushes I'd never seen before and recognize them as carrying deadly poisonous berries. I get the pigeon out of there next, warning anyone I might come across to look before they eat.
