Portland is in Multnomah County, while Rochester in Monroe County, but OKC is in Oklahoma County, Canadian County, Cleveland County, and Pottawatomie County. So again, probably nothing?

I can't really seem to find anything easily connected via Science Olympiad, though. Of the three states, New York is the only one to have regional competitions (Midwestern Regional for Rochester). New York is also the only one to have hosted a National Tournament (Cornell 2019).

I don't think we're going to be able to get a proper lead to the identity of the Assasinator, at least not yet. Three data points aren't enough to draw a proper correlation or anything, so we might just be sitting around for another 48-ish hours.

Okay so i think it's a bit funny how "WRIMSC" almost sounds like the beginning of "Rimsky-Korsakov", while "PROC" could be the start some something that sounds like "Prokofiev". Again, most certainly a stretch, but worth investigating if the pattern continues.
